Google Play says the app is unavailable

Closed testing requires your Google account address to be added first. Request access using the tester guide, wait for confirmation, then use the Google Play opt-in page while signed into that same account. Installing the APK alone does not enroll you. Play updates can take time to appear.

A capture did not reach the right chat

  1. Confirm your selected mode: Quick share may create a new conversation; Current chat requires the optional Accessibility helper.
  2. Keep the intended ChatGPT conversation open. Review the preview before confirming the handoff.
  3. Check for the actual image thumbnail. Opening ChatGPT is not confirmation of a successful attachment.
  4. If the image is missing, stale, or in the wrong chat, do not send it. Cancel and retry with a harmless test image; include your ChatGPT version in the report.

The Android bubble disappeared

Check that floating capture is enabled and the optional display-over-other-apps permission is allowed. Restore the bubble from the Sendora notification or reopen the app. Only enable Accessibility if you want the current-chat helper and have reviewed its disclosure.

Windows installation or capture problems

Extract the complete ZIP before opening Sendora.exe. Keep the files together. Use Chrome or Edge for browser handoff. The beta is unsigned; do not disable Windows security protections to run it. If it is blocked, email the exact warning text. For capture alignment problems, include monitor count, scaling percentages, and which screen failed.

Updates and iPhone availability

Google Play updates the enrolled Android build. Direct APK and Windows ZIP testers can check the tester guide for the current release versions. Automatic update checking is not built into those apps yet. No installable iPhone beta is available; signing and physical-device acceptance remain pending.

Keep reports safe

Include device, operating system, installed Sendora version, ChatGPT version or browser, steps, and expected versus actual behavior. Never include private screenshots, passwords, or conversation contents. Sendora does not automatically upload crash logs or your captures to support.
