What Sendora does

Sendora lets you capture a screenshot or webpage address and place it in a ChatGPT conversation. Sendora is an independent product and is not affiliated with OpenAI.

Screen and accessibility access

On Android, Sendora uses Accessibility access only after you enable it. This access lets Sendora read visible interface controls in supported apps, return to the open ChatGPT composer, attach content when you request it, and optionally react to volume-button shortcuts. On supported Android versions, it can capture the screen after you press Sendora's capture control. Sendora does not continuously record your screen.

Your captures

Screenshots are held temporarily in the app's private cache and are removed after the handoff or when you clear captures. Sendora does not add captures to your photo library unless you choose “Save a copy.” A screenshot or URL is shared with ChatGPT only when you start that action. ChatGPT's handling of content is governed by OpenAI's policies.

Information we receive

The beta app has no Sendora account and does not include advertising or third-party analytics. If you submit the feedback form, we store the name or username, platform, device, app version, selected test, your written report, follow-up preference, and submission time. Do not send passwords, private screenshots, financial information, or other sensitive data through feedback.

Tester access requests and reports

If you email to join the Google Play closed test, we use the Google account email you provide to add you to Google Play’s tester list and reply about access. Requesting access is separate from opting in on Google Play. The website report form records only the information you type, including any operating system, ChatGPT version, test steps and results you provide. “Save a text copy” creates a file on your device; it does not submit the report.

Download request counts

Download links count requests by UTC day, platform, and release version. These aggregate counters contain no IP address, account identifier, cookie, or device identifier. Repeated requests and bots may be included. They do not measure completed downloads, installations, or unique users. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Storage and deletion

Feedback is kept only as long as needed to test, improve, and support Sendora. To request deletion of a feedback report, use the feedback form and identify the username and approximate submission date.

Children

Sendora is not directed to children under 13.
